Pocket Heart On Postcard - Four Different Messages To Choose From

A heartfelt gift, this Glass Pocket Heart comes on a postcard with an envelope, making it easy to send directly to your recipient. If you’d like, I can add a personal message to the back of the postcard for you. Handmade in the UK using high-quality, fully tested and compatible art glass, fused in a kiln.

Measuring approximately 3.5 x 4cm, this glass heart is the perfect size to carry with you. The postcard measures 10.5 x 15cm.

Choose from four different card messages:
- Option 1 - Here's a little heart for you to carry on your way, to know that I am here for you every single day.
- Option 2 - Here's a little hug to keep for the times when we're apart, to remind you what you mean to me and that you're always in my heart.
- Option 3 - Here's a little heart for while I can't be there, pop it in your pocket and know that I care.
- Option 4 - Here's a little pocket heart please keep me safe and close, then it will be there with you when you need it most.

Please note that each heart is handmade, so slight variations may occur from the pictures shown. While I usually have a few of these pre-made and ready to post, it may take 2-3 working days for me to ship it out if not.
