Shipping policy

All products are made to order so please see item details for estimated dispatch times. Standard UK Royal Mail shipping is a 2-5 day 2nd class service, with an option when ordering to upgrade to a 1st class 1-2 day Royal Mail service. Orders to the EU and the rest of the world are sent by a Royal Mail International Tracked service, which typically arrives in 5-7 working days after the order has been marked as shipped. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs or the postal service.

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. 

Lost Packages:
Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item has been registered as delivered. If you experience your package going missing please contact me immediately and I will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. 

Damages:
If you receive a product that appears to be damaged or defective, contact me immediately at geneazzzzz@yahoo.co.uk. I will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. Photos of damaged product and packaging are REQUIRED.
